Clean hotel, and the staff were brilliant, location was beautiful close to main shopping streets. Gorgeous breakfast at the venue with plenty of options to choose from. I had well-organised and bright room with comfy bed. I liked beautiful lobby.

The hotel was funky and had perfect location and staff. Room had a luxurious bathroom and power sockets and buzzer. It was clean with lovely lighting.
We didn't like the bed, it was hard also the views were ugly.

luxury, compact rooms, free breakfast and easy going staff. cafe bar was cozy and fairly clean. we easily caught the bus around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel at south mall bus station.

It was warm hotel and we had an exceptional stay. The staff was welcoming and the room was very pretty, stocked. Comfortable location, next to a gothic revival three-spire cathedral. The breakfast was VEGAN with lots of meals.
Disappointing aspect was old bathroom.
